Chris earned his real estate license in 2005 while working as the Director of Corporate Development for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2006 Chris started Wisconsin’s first residential rental agency, and in 2007, Chris was awarded as the Launch Angel/Small Business Times Small Business of the Year. Five short years later, Chris grew the company to 13 employees. Chris’ success in a complex and ultra-competitive market is a function of his leadership, drive and ability to assemble and empower high-functioning teams. Chris sold the company in July of 2015 to focus his experience and talents on helping his clients and customers sell and buy real estate. An expert in condominiums and Milwaukee north shore homes and passionate about innovation to enhance the customer experience, Chris is a frequent presenter and serves in leadership roles with non-profit groups and professional organizations. Chris enlisted in the United State Air Force after high school, serving during Desert Storm. After returning from active duty, Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a B.A. in Political Science.An avid student of leadership and a proponent of personal accountability, Chris is committed to health and fitness and loves running, and traveling. He and his wife Katie are avid bikers and enjoy touring the countryside on their road bikes every chance they get.
